Dr. Weber with over 18 years experience has been the main injector at the clinic. Since 2022, Nurse Practitioner Pam Sparrow has joined the team and provides injectable treatments such as neuromodulator, filler, PRP and PRF injections.
Dr. Weber does everything to minimize any discomfort with injections – various levels of local anaesthesia can be used. Some people will describe a pinching or pressure sensation.
Bruising might occur, which is localized, and resolves quickly.
We recommend avoiding exercise and exposures to extremes of heat or cold for a few days, up to two weeks. These precautions will vary depending on the individual’s response and area of injection.
Most people are back to work right away and can resume regular activities within a few days.
The product’s effects last six months to a year, depending on the location of the injection. Lip enhancements tend to need retreatment at six months, whereas cheek volume effects last longer. This will vary according to certain mechanical factors and your body’s metabolization of the product.
